Bonito Bonanza! We hit them hard and fast on this early morning 6-hour private fishing charter out of the Puerto Aventuras marina. Bonito is a firm, meaty, and oily fish (similar to tuna, but with a stronger flavor), which makes it an excellent candidate for the grill, as it holds together well and the char enhances its richness.
