March 16th, 2024. The biggest problem we've had this year has been wind and water clarity. Water temperature hovering between 39 and 40°F wind direction West to Southwest 25 to 30 miles an hour. Fish were very finicky. We caught fish trolling plugs drifting minnows and floating sacks. would not dial in on a particular bait.Boat control was very tough considering the speed of wind, river color was a cloudy green
