I had a great fishing trip with Captain Ron. Not only did I get to check off fishing in the Florida Keys from my bucket list, I got the opportunity to witness the Florida Everglades firsthand.  Caught some nice trout for dinner and saw a saltwater crocodile, manatee and tarpon. Captain Ron went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience for me. Already plan to come back in the future. Highly recommend Captain Ron to anyone wanting a great experience.

Earlier today, we completed a half-day charter with Captain Ron, Private for Hire charters. We fished the back bay with great success. We were out early and immediately (I mean Immediately as in first cast) got on snook which was my goal. The boat and equipment are top-notch. The local mileage and expertise of Captain Ron is second to none. Highly recommend if you are in Islamorada.

Well oiled machine! My only request was to target a tarpon, we headed out to get live bait and then hooked up on a great tarpon within minutes. Fish of a lifetime. Would go again any day.

Captain Ron put us on fish immediately and the fun never stopped. Our 11 year-old had a blast, and learned a lot from our fantastic Captain. We will definitely book again next year.

Captain Ron was wonderful. He made every effort to keep us baited and in the action. The equipment was great and well maintained. He was funny and we had a great time with him. Most importantly he got us on the fish!  We highly recommend him to everyone that wants a fun active fishing trip!
