Shawry&Julie met us us down at the boat ramp and to say we were impressed with the welcome and boat is an understatement as Shawry&Julie put us on the the fish straight away and every honey hole we fished at produced Hollywood fish.We are coming back again next year as would not fish with anyone but Hook Up(Shawry&Julie every time.So professional and least heaps about fishing Port Douglas.We are stoked🎣🎣🎣

We were in Port Douglas for a family function, managed to sneak away for a boys outing and very glad we booked with Hook Up Fishing Charters. Not an experienced group but the captain was very helpful, great boat and knowledge. Even with our lack of experience, all had an awesome day and we managed to go home with a beautiful feed (including a few coral trout). Thanks and will definitely reach out again next time we’re up here!

Captain Shaw was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable on the area as well as the fish. Never skimped on the bait and was quick to make sure your line was loaded up and you were fishing. Friendly and patient with me as a newby and could easily switch on a dime to my partners more experienced level. Caught some delicious fish that we took with us for dinner.

After several canceled trips due to bad weather. Our captain shawry made sure we got the best fishing possible on the river . Would highly recommend this character to anyone wanting to get the best possible fishing available on the day . You won’t be disappointed Cheers Shane & Julian
