I asked, very clearly, for an experience where we did not want to catch trophy fish, but where I wanted my children (7 and 10) to catch fish. The mate spent all time fishing, not looking after any of us. Fortunately, I know how to cut bait and take fish off the hook, but I am not paying money for me to be occupied with this when the captain and mate are sitting around. They were very nice, just not helpful. If you want to troll, think may be great. But bottom fiahing (gave us two handlines and only one decent spinning rod - one half rod)) was just bad. Also did not have proper tackle. I have fished Florida Keys and captains understood requests for fish for kids. We did catch some fish, but more grief than worth.

Sorry to hear you had such a bad and grieful experience with us depiste all the extra that you got with us. We spent more time untangling the lines your kids knotted up truly where the grief came. We also were very accomadating with To and from transportation FREE of charge.We truly got the impression that after the previous two days fishing on another charter where you spent a much larger amount to go fishing (Trolling( and caught no fish That you would have been happy that we took you out and got fish and cleaned them for you.
We should have charged for the additional persons that you brought on board that we did not charge or fishing booker you for.
We aim to please our guest in every respect even when they are very special persons to deal with like yourself. Truly wish you all the best.

The Captian was a nice guy.
We had an ok day.
However, There was no safety brief, I had no idea where any of the life vests were. No idea what to do in an emergency. There was no float plan registered with the company, in other words no one knew where we were.
Next:
The port side out rigor was broken. There was no fish finder. We tangled lines every 20min if not sooner. There was no ice for the catch. The live well did not work. The fish box had no refrigeration. The advertisement about cleaning the fish is false. I had to do it my self. There is no way more than 4 passengers can comfortably or not take this trip. There was no First Mate so one of my party had to do that job which included driving the boat in 5 to 6 foot seas. If this occurred in the US I guarantee that the USCG would have shut down this business on safety an minimal crew manning issues. Save your money and find another. Charter.

We are very sorry you had such a terrible time dispute the lovely Tuna that you caught and took home. We are also sorry that we could not provide at the last minute after asking for about 3 days prior to your trip for a meal plan a bucket of KFC for you fresh at 6:30 in the morning huge unreasonable request.
You reviewed our vessel way in advance and choose us after reading our many excellent reviews and looking for a great deal.
We also hope that you enjoyed the special request beverages supplied. Our vessel is fully equipped with all mandatory safety vest. We are registered with the local fishers and have never had any complaints from our many serveral pass guest. Our vessel has to be inspected and must pass all sea worth and coast guard regulations.
We offer to all our guest a very interactive fishing experience and not just a get on the boat sit and be given a line.
You also got off the vessel in such a rush grabbing up the fish as if we were going to ask you to leave it for us and never give the captain time to prepare the catch. Speaking truth is of great importance rather then try to create a misleading, untruthful image.
