Took my two boys 12/9 out on a 4 hour trip. Kyle was there and ready to go in time. First spot we went to probably crushed like 40 mackerel in an hour. Actually got bored and decided to switch things up.  Went to a couple other spots and caught many different species.  Kyle was super friendly, very knowledgeable and was customer service focused.  As my 9 yr old summed him up as bro was super chill.

We rolled up right where Captain Smith told us to meet him, and sure enough, there he was—cooler packed, rods rigged, and that “let’s go catch somethin’” glint in his eye. Didn’t waste a damn second—we were off right on time, no fuss. Told him we were lookin’ to chase King Mackerel and Spanish Mackerel, and buddy, he delivered like a fishin’ fairy godmother with a mullet wand. My boy hooked his first king and ol’ Captain Smith was right there beside him, talkin’ him through it like a small-town baseball coach in the bottom of the ninth—just needed a whistle and a sunflower seed spit cup. Dude stayed locked in the whole trip, bouncin’ around that boat like a man on a mission. Then in the final ten minutes, just when I thought the show was over—BAM—I hauled in one of the biggest redfish I’ve ever seen. By the end, we were headin’ home grinnin’ like fools with four bags full of top-shelf sport fish. Hell of a trip. Hell of a captain. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Our family had a fantastic morning on the water with our captain, Kyle! He was fantastic. He would relocate after so long to give our family the experience of offshore fishing with success. We caught Spanish Mackerel. We even had a close encounter with a family of dolphins. This was our family’s first fishing trip together and it was a very memorable time. We are so glad we booked with Kyle and would recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful experience to add to their beach vacation.

Kyle was awesome! We went out and a storm was coming so we had to head back in. He didn’t hesitate to take us back out and made it seem like he couldn’t wait to go. Other guides were looking for excuses not go back out for the afternoon. He also made sure we caught plenty of fish!

Booked a 4 hour morning trip with Captain Kyle at the end of March. Boat and gear was clean, organized and ready to go upon our arrival. Captain did his best to get us on fish under difficult conditions. We caught more than most of the other charters we encountered. He was patient with the kids and made sure they had some action. Highly recommend and will definitely book again if we are in the area!
