I highly recommed Eugene and his boat for fishing charter in Victoria. Super nice and knowledgeable guy. We enjoyed his company as much as we enjoyed the fishing experience. Eugene goes far and beyond to make the experience memorable. We got very nice saon that we were excited about and lots of crab too. I highly recommend Eugene for fishing trips.

Captain Eugene went out of his way to make our half day salmon fishing trip memorable for the family. While we had caught salmon through the morning, he went the extra mile for my sons to catch big ones and they did!  Captain Eugene is very knowledgeable on where to find fish, pleasant and very patient especially for kids and youths. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome morning with Eugene on his clean, spacious and well-equiped boat.  We not only caught our salmon dinner but in doing so shared special experiences across three generations of our family.  Eugene was great with our 5 and 7 year olds who learned a lot and will remember this trip for a long time.  Thanks!

Dispute it being the end of the season and rain having driven the fish up into the rivers Eugene found us fish.We had a great morning blessed with sunshine ( in October) and the sea was glass. If you were to have bad weather the boat is well equipped to keep you comfortable and dry.

Had a super trip with Eugene.  Boat is new and in excellent condition.  Eugene is a great guide and we had lots of action on the water.  Lots of laughs and a great time was had by all.  Highly recommend Tips Up Sportfishing.
