i dont even know where to begin. Captain Dan is absolutely an amazing person! He was so so friendly and made us feel right at home. He moved us around to diffrent spots teaching us ahout the local wildlife, and some about tybee. He taught me pointers on how to catch the fish and was happy for me when I did. I brought my two year old with and she was asleep on my lap so he even went as far as to cast the line for me! I genuinely can not sing his praises enough. My two year old was in an irritable mood and he done everything he could to not only let us fish but to make the experience enjoyable for her. We saw dolphins and he turned us around to where they were right beside us and even swam under the boat! He took us to a light house and told us about its history on the way to another
fishing spot. He even went as far as to get pictures of our catches for us and then filleted them, cleaned them, and bagged them up for us! He then gave us great advice on how to cook our catches. As much fun as the fishing was, Captain Dan makes this special! You could always find a fishing charter, but the kind of person Captian Dan is, is rare! He was so knowledgeable, and so so kind. Will definitely have to come back!!

Great time and wealth worth the trip for our first trip in shore fishing. Captain Daniel was very knowledgeable and put us on some great catches, He knew the area well and was awesome! I would totally recommend if your looking at catching some fish. The boat had plenty of room and fully stocked with rods and bait as he took time to teach us techniques and had great patientce. Can’t wait to go again!

Captain Dan took us out on a fishing charter a few weeks ago during our vacation at Tybee Island and it was the highlight of our trip, hands down. He is an expert in all aspects - the morning of, he contacted us to tell us rain was coming in and graciously moved our trip an hour up to get the best fishing weather. When we got out to the estuary, he explained how the weather could be to our advantage and where we would anchor because of that. We didn’t get any initial bites so He moved us literally a few inches, and that’s when we started catching them one after the other! My boyfriend had fished before but I had never done this, and Captain Dan was patient, knowledgeable, and so excited for me when I cast, reeled and caught my own!! We needed up catching a whopping 25 or so Red Drums. Although this was obviously thrilling, what made the trip so wonderful was the company. He is a terrific fishing instructor and person. We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful incredible day spent on Tybee waters. Back at the dock, he also processed the fish and sent us home with ice and cooking advice. If you’re wondering if you should book with Dan - DO IT! You’ll have the best day ever.

Daniel was patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We knew that because of the conditions it was going to be a slow day, but Daniel gave it his all. It was a pleasure to be on his boat. If I was back in the area on a day with better weather I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Daniel. He was very attentive and made it a great experience.

It was a super windy day for us.  Tide was heading the wrong way for our afternoon time (can’t change the sun and the moon).  Captain Daniel tried everything he could to get us something on the hook.
We moved to several locations, tried different baits and finally got a couple bites.  My son was able to real one in (the whole point of fishing).
It is a pretty small boat, perfect for father & son trips.  Captain daniel will take care of everything, from baiting the hooks, cleaning and bagging the fish, and giving you excellent cooking tips to enjoy your fresh catches.  His music soundtrack was great - classic rock with some Petty, Led Zep, etc.  Anyway, great time despite poor weather and tide conditions!!!
