Day started out with some bad weather. Luckily the radar on the boat kept us out of the storms. The crew rallied and caught a bunch of fish, along with several keepers. Definitely a smorgasbord.

Could not recommend this charter enough!!! As seasoned charter fishers, we knew what to expect for the fishing, but Capt. Ron exceeded expectations. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very accommodating. Even when a few of us felt a little sea sick, Capt. Ron gave great advice to help us through it. The headline says it all captain Ron and crew were amazing. Very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Boat was extremely clean and comfortable even in a few rough waves. Never stopped catching fish from start to finish and ended the trip with an awesome 40min battle with something huge we unfortunately never got to see but captain Ron did an amazing job with the boat to try and land that fish!!! You want an amazing time with one of the most down to earth people you will ever meet then find Captain Ron from Mo Grouper. We did an 8 hour excursion, and the fishing was awesome. He’ll get you to the spot, but it’s fishing not catching. We didn’t catch that many keepers, but that was because we squandered many opportunities by not listening to his advice. 3 of us went out, and we all agreed that we had a fun time. We’ll be back to see him soon!

The entire experience was just what we asked for.. we were on fish from the time we left the dock! We had 3 kids aged 12,9,&8 going out for the first time and Captain Ron made sure they had a great first experience! First class operation!
