Just to clarify, during our Catch & Cook trips, we don’t target a specific type of fish, as it all depends on sea conditions and what’s active on the day. On your trip, the weather was too windy to safely head 10–15nm offshore to target tuna, so we made the call to go trolling instead — a safer and still engaging option.

Our records show that you arrived 25 minutes late and at the wrong location. Despite this, we made arrangements to pick you up from there at no extra charge to ensure you could still join the trip.

Additionally, you arrived after a night out and were visibly intoxicated, which significantly affected your ability to fully participate. Although you had booked a 6-hour tuna charter, you requested to head inshore early, and we only spent about 2 hours actively fishing.

Our captain did his best under the circumstances, but it was challenging to proceed effectively when the group was too tired to continue.

We always strive to give our clients the best chance at a great catch and a memorable experience, and we encourage all guests to come well-rested and ready to enjoy the full duration of their charter.
