- "Grew up fishing the Oswego River for various Trout species. Developed a love for Lake Fishing and decided to turn that passion into a profession." Captain Eric King is a 3rd generation outdoorsman, loving nature and enjoying the outdoors is in his blood. He's spent his youth catching Chinook and Coho Salmon in the Oswego River. For the past 10 years, he's been fishing Lake Ontario and he's happy to pursue his life's dream – guiding people on pleasant fishing trips.
- Techniques
- As a Lake Ontario charter for salmon and trout our main approach is trolling. Through the use of down riggers, wire divers, lead cores and copper lines, we deploy several if not all in order to insure we are doing our utmost to get you fish in the boat! We are very aggressive in our efforts and don’t simply just drive around the lake waiting for a bite. We make it happen. Through the use of those various rods and techniques along with the latest in gps ,and fishfinder technology we find the fish and stay on them. Some captains and boats just don’t work hard or even know how to! Not us, we never stop moving and adapting to the daily conditions. That’s the fun for us. The fun for you is battling the days catch! From trophy browns to legendary kings! We have and do it all! Just doesn’t get any better than this.
