Great crew! Captain Ronnie was kind and did his best to help us find fish. Jose never stopped moving and had as many lines as possible in the water. Unfortunately for my family, no near shore action despite best efforts from our two crew members. (We did see humpback whales and that was wild!) Better choice for fishing likely a 6 or 8 hour trip that includes deep sea fishing. On a positive note, crew incredibly flexible and accommodating. They served good snacks, water and soda and THE best fruit we had in Costa Rica. Crew tried to extend our trip (without charging) to help us catch something. I asked Jose to head in as my kids were hungry for lunch. I’m no expert, but I fish enough to know that some days they just don’t bite. Much credit to the crew for making it a special day regardless. I’d gladly book them again but would head for deeper waters.

The captain and crew were light hearted and helpful. The boat was fantastic! Plenty of room for the 6 of us and 3 crew members. They picked us up and dropped us off at the beach at our resort, which was particularly convenient. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, breaching manta rays, and uncountable reef fish while snorkeling. We caught mackerel, barracuda and a gallo fish.  The snack of fresh fruit and a sandwich with chips was included and there was plenty of beer and water.
We all had a great time!

Captain Moses and his crew Joshua and Alex were very friendly and knowledgeable I’m taking generational fishermen. We ended up catching 9 yellow tail, 5 blacktail and a baby bull shark which was a struggle to bring in but had to release. The entire trip the crew were helpful and. Informative. Look forward to going out with them again

Our family of 5 took a morning fishing trip looking for rooster fish. Our captain knew exactly where to go and was very thoughtful host with plenty of shade, snacks and drinks. After several nibbles we hooked two rooster fish at the same time! My boys were thrilled and exhausted after bringing them in, the crew was very helpful in bringing both fish in safely, getting a few photos and then returning them to the ocean. It’s a memory we will always have!

Took the 3/4 day trip. 

We had a good day on the water with the captain and the two mates. Their professionalism and friendly service stood out.  They were not only knowledgeable about the best fishing spots but also incredibly attentive to every detail, making sure we were comfortable and had fun as best as they could with 5 to 7 foot swells.

We were able to catch two mahi-mahi and one sailfish.  They took time to share tips, teach us more about local fish, and ensure we had a good experience.  The mates worked tirelessly and even made sure we had snacks and drinks on hand.  The cooler was well stock with beverages.  We did not eat the sandwiches but we did enjoy the fresh fruit. 

The boat was clean, well maintained with good seating with shade for four people.
