They were not prepared, and no fish were caught.  I do realize sometimes things happen, but we were out for a 4 hour trip and saw many large fish in the water but were never able to catch a thing.  Our trip was interrupted multiple times for needing things such as gas, bait and needing to move our car back at the charter place.  Although they made up a little bit of the time at the end the experience, the trip was already disappointing. Guide was always on his phone, lines were sitting in water for long periods of time without bait on or wrapped around a stick for a long time. We caught nothing. We did not even touch the pole the entire time out there. Did not offer a discount due to not catching anything.  Made is pay in full for 2 wasted hours. We did not get to try any techniques other than bottom fishing. Very disappointed.
