We had an incredible day on the water with Captain Don! I would give him ten stars if possible.  It was my daughters birthday and she wanted to go fishing.  We didn’t want to be on a big boat with a lot of people.  I did a ton of research before I booked with Captain Don.  We won the jackpot!  We limited out quickly. I challenged Skipper Don to plan our day with the objective of challenging two teenage boys with action.  He did by starting with silver salmon.  We caught our limit by 11:00 a.m. then transitioned to rock fish.  We limited by 12:30 p.m. and my two boys had the experience of a lifetime.

Our experience couldn’t have been better.  Captain Donald was so comfortable to be around, family friendly, funny, & knowledgeable.  We were catching fish within a couple minutes after our poles were in the water & they kept coming.  We went home with a huge amount of fish & it’s been delicious!  We will be encouraging others to take a trip with Captain Donald & hope to go back ourselves with more family.  A very memorable experience!

I had an awesome time hitting the water with Pastime Fishing Adventures! Seabass is my favorite fish and Captain Don knows all about putting people on seabass. I left with about 4.5 pounds of filets. E V E R Y O N E was catching fish left & right and I hit my personal best for bass! (4.25#) At one point we caught 4 fish within a minute across 5 people. We also got salmon/crab/lingcod. I probably asked Don a dozen general fishing questions and left with a ton of tips about tides, locations, baits/rigs... Meer

Captain Don was wonderful.  He was knowledgeable about the areas where fish are located and was able to ferry us around to lots of different areas.  My stomach wasn’t terribly excited about the way the ocean was acting, but the other members of my family had a great time and I appreciated the captains ability to not make me feel badly about my unfortunate chumming of the waters on multiple occasions.  While I would not personally go out on a boat again, I know my husband is anxiously awaiting...
