We are sorry to hear that your trip did not meet your expectations. After speaking with our crew, it is clear that they made a strong effort to place you in the best fishing spots available that day. Unfortunately, weather and sea conditions were not favorable, which naturally affects fishing activity. Even so, two fish were successfully caught, one line was broken by a strong fish, and another was loose almost at on board . We consider this a meaningful result given the circumstances.

We also want to highlight that the crew prepared fresh sashimi from the catch of the day, which is part of our commitment to offering a memorable experience beyond fishing itself. While we regret that you felt the crew’s attention was lacking, we will take your comments seriously and reinforce our standards to ensure guests feel fully supported throughout their trip.
