Sory to say, but you were too old and unfit for kayak fishing. You couldnt even step back on your kayak, which was actually a Lure 11.5 from feelfree (latest and stable kayak). Had to tow your kayak from mine to the next jetty. Myself paddling and pulling also your weight as you were grabbing. You couldnt even swim.  Thanks God we were not offshore..
Trip had to be done today inshore, as wind speed was exeeding 30km/h.
Stubborn and didnt listen to captain when he said ‘dont go on the reef’.
Result - You capsized, lost a new lure (‘twitching lure’ at 15€) which u left standing on the kayak(charged you 12€ only). Lost your hat and probably other little things.
Reel was immerged several times. (Which now need a full servicing)
Equipment used by Mr.Juergen :
Rod - shimano nexave (missing 2rings inbetween the others). But still castable.
Reel - penn spinfisherV 3500 (5months old)
Braid - JBraid 30lbs (1month old)
Leader - Yozuri fuorocarbon 25lbs (new)
Lure - Duo pencil realis (1 year old and still catching)
Mr.Juergen got a ‘Batardet’ around 2lbs.
And some little groupers which were released.

Frank, your friend was on his side a gentleman and told me he enjoyed the trip even he didnt get any fish.

I got on my side a little bluefin trevally. And missed another one.

Next time, rent a proper fishing vessel.

Anyway, i do not recomend you to my collegues as customer.

I understand that some people are happy, and others not, specially when back empty handed..  This is not a reason for not recommending us.
I just tried my best to bring you as close as possible to your targeted fish. And i can’t help it if they didn’t want to bite.
I know that not all my reels are brand new, but they are very well maintain, and i never use my lines more than six months after being changed.
Of course trolling to the wanted spot is the laziest way of catching fish, but as far as i can remember we got one bite 20mins before getting back to port.  But even before starting fight, fish was gone already..  Not my fault..
If a client is not happy about the service, why giving tips and rating with 2 stars the crew and fishing?

From my side, i found we had a good discussion and relationship onboard.
