We cannot express how pleased we were with our outing! The day we went it was tough fishing and Galon worked hard to put us on some fish and it paid off. My wife and I had a blast reeling in fish after fish! Galon was by and far the best fishing guide we’ve ever had. He was experienced, knowledgeable, and very passionate about his work. From boarding the boat to cleaning the fish there’s not one thing we would change about our trip!

BEST Charter we’ve ever had in the Keys! Capt Galon said he’d put us on fish and he did not disappoint.  We had an excellent 8hr day, catching a variety of 6 species and 12 keepers and action throughout the day. Captain knew the spots and regulations and when things slowed down, he changed it up and kept us on action trying different techniques, spots, and baits. We booked M- W Christmas week.  Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate.  Gaylon did as best he could under pretty sporty conditions.  We had to call it quits early Monday due to increasing high winds gusting over 30 but we landed 25 reef keepers between three of us (limit 10 ea,)  Best to be safe than sorry. Captain Galon was amazing and did everything he could to make sure my daughter was comfortable and happy and most of all, catching fish!! It was a rough morning on the water that day, but Captain Galon powered through it and worked his ass off to get us on the fish. Couldn’t have chosen a windier week to go but Captain still muscled through…. I’ve been fishing since I was 6 years old and still learned a lot today , this was as he described “ more hands on “ kind of fishing … most charters will usually hook the fish for you via trolling or whatever and hand it to you to reel in. But you learn to do it yourself and it’s so much more rewarding
