The boat has plenty of room and the captain was nice. Unfortunately it was extremely windy so we didn’t our best to hide from the wind. We still landed a stingray and lost a couple others. There were plenty of Dolphins around to look at. It was a great experience even though the fishing wasn’t the best. But that’s why they call it fishing not catching.

Captain Tom was great, he guaranteed we had a good 6 hours on the water, taking us to a few of his favorite spots to limit out on mangrove snapper. Excellent charter for both experienced and inexperienced anglers, as Captain Tom was willing to teach us new techniques to hook more fish and make the most of our time on the water.  Will definitely be giving him a call again next time we are in the area!

You can’t believe the awesome trip we had with Tom and Ryan!! Those two guy’s know where to go!! The first cast produced a great fish, THE FIRST CAST!!! Caught a good bunch of fish for several dinners, and then we focused on catching a shark, ( which I requested on his website),  Tom had a few secret spot’s in mind. First spot didn’t produce, but the second one did!! After watching the rod tips for a while,I was ready to give up, due to time running out. But then the rod tip bent over and started stripping line off the spool like JAW’S in the movie!! Tom and Ryan said there you go, pick up that rod and hang on!! YOU TALK ABOUT A STRONG FIGHTING FISH!!! I’ve caught alot of Pike in Canada, but this fish was amazing!! As I brought it closer to the boat, it seen my face and took off like a bullet, stripping line like nothing, that sound of the reel I’ll never forget!!! Not to mention the rod trying to fly out of my hands!!! Back to the boat I coaxed up, Ryan trying to grab the line when boom, he’s down again, my rod tip pulled in the water, I’m thinking I’m going to lose the guy.  As luck would have it, we got him in the boat for pictures. A great lemon shark, I can remember him by having a replica made the same size. What a time!! I’ll remember this forever!! Thank you very much Tom and Ryan!!!

Big fish is what we wanted and big fish is what Captian Tom delivered! Had a blast reeling in fish and spending the day aboard the Blind Date. Captain Tom was helpful and friendly and put us on the fish! We will be back for sure.
