Head offshore with us on our nine hour full day trip bottom fishing for mutton snapper! This trip takes us Offshore to the larger reefs and larger racks, looking for big snapper and trophy size fish. We also see Grouper, kingfish, sharks, Pompano, Tuna and more on this trip!

Fishing offshore for grouper on the 9 hour trip, the “grouper grind” is a great way to spend the day. If we limit out in grouper for the day, we move onto different species of snapper like yellowtail, mangrove snapper, lane snapper or Vermillion snapper. Deep sea fishing off the coast of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral is very popular this time of the year. So book your trip in advance to secure your spot.

We went in 01/2024 and had a fantastic time! Captain Tom had everything ready to go, was pleasant, and an excellent teacher (we were both new to fishing!). Highly recommend, and we will definitely be going back out with this group again in the future.

The Captain put us on the fish today! I had requested we go for quantity over quality of fish to keep the kids engaged and did he ever deliver, we caught well over 100 fish and ended up with three nice sized groupers and one 6’ shark to end the day with 25+ pounds of meat in the cooler. The crew was great with the kids and really made the trip enjoyable for everybody, Mom even got to relax. We don’t fish a lot and have never went deep sea fishing before so needless to say we (my son 13, my mother, let’s just say older and me)were unsure what to expect. Captain Tom and first mate Ryan were exceptional with getting us on the fish, taking care of everything, and were a pleasure to be with. I would highly recommend them for both inexperienced and avid fisherman, Toms knowledge is quite impressive. My only regret is we booked a 6hr trip, I would recommend at least an 8 hr trip. Thanks... We did the five-hour intercoastal trip. We had a wide age range of kids with us, and they all had a great time. It was a wonderful experience. Captain Tom and his first mate were absolutely amazing! We had a group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers! They both did a great job helping each kiddo individually and showed them different techniques on how to fish. Helped when needed, but let the kids take charge of their catch. It was great teachable moment! On top of that we caught fish the whole time with our largest being an Amberjack that was well over 90 lbs! Thank you so much for an amazing day:) The Pickering Family
