I have loved fishing since I was old enough to walk. It's always humbling and amazing to learn new ways of catching fish, and this is one of the reasons I fell in love with it in the first place. I deeply love the Tillamook area and especially the Trask River, which is probably my favorite place to fish. When I take my customers out, I don't look at my watch – I treat every outing as a fun day with friends!
Techniques
Trolling with G Loomis GCX rods, Shimano reels, usually trolling Pro Troll 360 flasher with bait or spinner. Bottom fishing usually Jigging. I also provide late fall bobber fishing trips for the advanced angler. Let's go have fun and catch some fish!!!

Salmon fishing is open. Retention of chinook salmon is closed Only in the Ocean. Tillamook bay is Buisness as usual for Spring Chinook and Fall Chinook Coho salmon opens in the Ocean mid June. Trips still available for a trophy Chinook Salmon

Here is a little eye candy from yesterday in Tillamook Bay,,,As you can see customer was pleased with his BIGGEST FISH EVER!!! It wasn't with out drama either, at the jaws, fish peeled about 300 ft of line, went through another fishermans gear got wrapped up in my kicker but fish was well hooked and exhausted, netted him right next to the kicker motor,,,very very fortunate.
