We had such a Great Time!!! Captain Mike and his Dear Admiral Wife Karen made sure we were completely set up and comfortable for an Amazing Day in the San Diego Bay. Very Well Kept and Clean Boat with top of the line Fishing Gear!!! Very prompt and courteous with the perfect emphasis on safety! Mike gave us an incredible guided tour of the bay explaining all of the interesting landmarks old and new! We caught Halibut, Sea Bass and even a Lizard Fish!! Mike was amazing! Very informative of everything in the harbor on our way out to fish. Got us to some hot spots immediately and stayed on them all day! Caught 21 fish in 4 hours! A lot of bass, couple halibut, a bat ray, and a couple other different types of fish! Was a blast and Mike was amazing helping with whatever was needed! Will definitely book with him again! 5 stars!

Not enough stars available for our trip with Mike and Karen. The fish biting was slow at first. Mike was quick to pull up if the fish weren’t biting after putting us on the fish. Mike was definitely super responsive. Even when the fish weren’t biting he was constantly pointing out interesting landmarks details on our way to the next spot. Mike’s determination paid off as our last stop was a constant “fish on” for everyone (3 of us) We drifted over spot again... Meer

We had the absolute best experience with Captain Mike! It was not only a sport fishing event for me and my grandson, but a learning experience as well. We caught lots of fish !!!! The Captain is patient, kind, funny, and an overall good human being and fisherman. (But Grandma still rules!)  Thanks Mike and Karen (aka The Admiral) for making our trip so memorable!😊

Had a wonderful time fishing on the Bubba Jean with Captain Mike. He worked hard to put us on fish, gave great “pro-tips” & kept us all busy. We are definitely going out again on the Bubba Jean!
