Stewart I am sorry that you feel this way. We try to accommodate all customers. And we have been very successful.  But to say we are not cooperative and not nice, I feel that was incorrect. We go above and beyond to please our customers.  As for not catching anything, that was an incorrect. You had 3 fish hooked, that you could not pull in. But it’s called fishing, and sometimes these things happen. Again I’m sorry your experience with us wasn’t pleasant.  We are always trying to improve.  In anyway way possible.  We also refunded the cost for live bait to the Zelle account you provided. Sir last time you came to CR you said you caught one small trigger fish on another boat. Today you caught 2 large amberjacks. We tried to teach you how to bottom Fish. You lost anchors, hooks.  And fish. But we continued to assist in anyway we could to help you. You were upset about it being so hot also. I’m sorry about that also. 🙏

boat”s owner, I can tell you that the captain called immediately to let us know that your party was not feeling well. He told us that he and the mate quickly made the decision to return you to shore.  So, I can say in all honesty, the crew had your best interest in mind. From his statements, you and your guest were very sick and no measures the crew took were going to fix your seasickness. As far as the boat being old and uncomfortable, our photographs and other reviews speak for themselves. Being seasick can be quite miserable and I can assure you that ANY boat, even the $2500 a trip boats with cabins and living quarters would still be uncomfortable and I am quite confident your disappointment in being so ill influenced your review. The owners and crew are always looking to improve the experiences of our guests, so we have taken all you feedback seriously. Unfortunately, you and your guest must be prone to seasickness and I would caution you to take the necessary steps to prevent this next time, no matter which boat you choose. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your Costa Rican vacation.
