Tough fishing conditions led us to travel 24 miles south to find fish. Many boats struggled to hook fish but we did get some fish on. Our boat has over $**hidden content** in tackle and equipment. We think our level of service is some of the best out there. Sorry you were disappointed. We will strive to improve.

Booked this trip looking to learn how to fish for walleye in the Detroit River. What I got instead was a person who basically got paid to take people out in his boat to fish. He was more worried about fishing for himself. He also didn’t even know the waters since this isn’t his normal fishing area. I feel if you pay for trip like this you expect someone who knows the waters. Made the best of the trip but I would never recommend this trip to anyone else. Also the boat that is advertised is... Very sorry you felt disappointed. I’m not sure how you thought we were taking my 34 Pursuit and not my $**hidden content** Pro Polarkraft. I have to focus on my fishing rod in order to keep everyone vertical in this type of fishing. My 30 years experience here on the Detroit river doesn’t mean I know every inch of this massive area. And if I travel a great distance to unknown areas its because I’m willing to spend the money on fuel in hopes of finding feeding fish. Non the less I will... Meer

Was talked into cutting trip short because we had caught 0 fish. Told we would be refunded “half” our money. Paid 700 for the trip and 100 tip. Capt gave us 200 back after we docked. After returning from the trip found out that other charters are fishing well into November and limiting out. This charter said it was the last trip of the year and everyone was done. Definitely would not recommend this charter and feel screwed over. Next time we will be looking into recommendations... Meer

Yes I was disappointed too. We tried. Traveled 14 miles away from port. You did get a nice Steelhead after we first talked about leaving. And after all we experienced prop cavitation because of the high seas and strong north wind. We definitely lost the warmer water we had earlier that day. 99% of the Salmon charters are done on Lake Michigan. It can be good this time of year. We got 7 on the morning trip and got a five star review. Still I wanted to make it the best day of your Fall.... Meer
