Last season was absolutely unforgettable and particularly special because I had the honor of joining him on the water nearly every single day, trolling the deep, vibrant waters of Lake Ontario in Oswego, NY. Iโ€™ve learned so much about what it takes to be a first mate under Perkyโ€™s guidanceโ€”from mastering the art of tackle setup to perfecting my baiting technique for those monster catches. Trolling out there is pure magic: setting up the rods, watching the lines dance in the waves, and feeling that heart-pounding tug when a big one bites! Oh the sweet sound of a screaming reel.
