My wife and I joined them for a four hour fishing tour starting at 7 AM.  The boats are anchored right outside a hotel restaurant.  You can grab a quick cup of coffee while they load up the gear and prepare.  They were punctual, professional, and communicated well.  We tried some trolling without success so he pivoted and we began bottom fishing.  He hooked up a amberjack and coached me on reeling him.  I successfully got him in the boat, tough fight and lots of smiles all around as well pulled the fish into the boat.  I am a fishing novice and his coaching was sufficient to help me land the biggest fish I have ever caught .  We did some more bottom fishing with another bite, bit not another hookup.  My wife and I decided to cut our trip short as she was feeling seasick.  They got us back to shore and then they cleaned the fish for us to eat at the restaurant.  We had lunch with him and his first mate and enjoyed the conversation.  You will enjoy your trip with these gentlemen, do not hesitate to book with them.

Edmundo and his crew were amazing throughout the day! We started out trolling and hooked 2 barracuda and landed one (fisherman error not guide). We then did some bottom fishing and caught a few triggerfish. Then took a pit stop at a beach near a cenote, and then returned to bottom fishing where we caught some blue striped grunt and a few bait fish. We tried jigging but Edmundo recognized quickly that the current was too strong and that we would have better luck bottom fishing which we did. The crew was very accommodating for whatever we were looking to do or catch and did an amazing job getting us onto fish. Communication was also a breeze. We then had them cleaned up at the local restaurant and served for lunch. 5/5 would recommend anyone to go out with Edmundo and crew.

What an amazing day! By far the best guided trip we have taken. Edmundo was amazing. I highly recommend at least the 6 hour trip. We were able to do trolling and bottom fishing. We caught 5 barracuda. It was perfect as it was something we had never caught before and that’s what we were going for. We went to Half Moon Bay where they made fresh ceviche and guacamole (best I’ve ever eaten of both) and took a small walk to a beautiful fresh spring cenote. We will never even consider using another guide when we return. Can’t wait for our next trip.

We had the best fishing experience with Edmundo and John. They put us on grande amberjack and triggers for some fun action. We caught 2 grande Amberjack (30+ pounds) and 2 medium jacks in 4 hours.
The guys had our cooler on the boat and ready to go, and they were a blast to fish with. They kept the energy up and provided an amazing experience for the family. We had intermediate to novice fisherman on board and they were great at showing the guys how to fish the jacks and triggers.
I would recommend these guys for anyone looking for fishing in Mexico. They know how to put you on the fish.
