The boat and crew were amazing, and the fish were huge!

Fantastic experience! We took The free diving course the first day and then the next day did the spearfishing trip. Hannah was very encouraging of beginners and was a great teacher. Taking the free diving course the first day prior to going out Spearfishing was a huge help. I would recommend going that route for someone whose never been diving or spear fishing. I Would highly recommend Trident Freedivers!

Have a discussion prior to leaving the dock about the plan for the day. Remember it is your charter you paid for it so have some influence on the days activities. Talk about who keeps the fish at the end of the day, is it to be shared, sold, eaten, whatever. Some fish are worth a lot of money, so make sure you do not leave it behind without some discussion.

Johanna is amazing! Her knowledge of the island, ocean, fish species, spearfishing techniques, diving abilities and techniques were unbelievable. She picked us up from our hotel and drove us to a beautiful location to dive and spearfish along side her. She made sure everyone was comfortable and were able to land a good fish. She is a great person and this is a great trip to take! We will be back and can’t wait to see her and dive with her again! 5 stars!
