Sorry you didn’t have a good day Paul some days are like that even in Ak. You should never judge your day of fishing by what the other guy catches. As a guide with over 40 seasons of fishing this area one thing I can tell you is we all have bad days now and then but thankfully the good days far outweigh the slow bad days.

First, we didn’t oversell the charter you paid for 4 people you didn’t buy the whole boat which was available that’s kind of like getting a window seat on an airline then whining because the fill up the other 2 seats if you want the whole row pay for it simple as that.
The boat has a twelve ft beam, and we fish six all the time there again if you want a bigger boat then you need to pay more to get it.
You got tangled because most of you were inside trying to stay out of the rain if you’re fishing you need to be out taking care of your pole.
As far as moving we were catching fish. I’ll say it again if you were all outside actively fishing instead of sitting in the cabin then we wouldn’t have had nearly as many tangles, and we would have caught more fish.
I’m sorry you didn’t have a good time and in retrospect with the weather that we had that day I should have canceled at the dock.
