The water is still a little cold, but a few Salmon are starting to show up, with in the next week we should be starting to see more showing up. The Lake trout on the other hand have been on fire with lots of action!!

The salmon are starting to show back up and the lake trout bite is still on fire!

Fishing remains fantastic with lots of nice lake trout and a few decent salmon starting to show back up.

On this morning trip we boat not one but 2 master angler lake trout measuring 36 and 34 inches long and weighing in at 14-17 pounds!

Salmon fishing remains really good with the size being 10-15lb some smaller and some bigger.

The spring kings have arrived here in manistee 5-6-24 we had mutiple fish on this morning 6 on at one time! The fishing doesn't get much better we had a 2 man limit in just over an hour in a half.
