It was a busy day onboard with a big crew for a company outing, so we made the call to run out to our furthest FAD. Sea conditions? Perfect. Fishing conditions? Even better. Trolling was slow, so we dropped the jigs — and just like that, the bigeye tuna started hitting. When they’re around, it’s almost guaranteed… and they’re never small! An awesome group, and by the end of it, everyone was worn out and smiling — mission accomplished.
