With the opening of our north carolina flounder season we’ve been taking advantage. The fair weather out of the north east allows us to venture out to the nearshore reefs and wrecks targeting spanish mackerel, flounder and red drum. This is our 6 hour nearshore reef trip. The action has been great and so has the weather. Now is the time to get out on the water!

We have had a cold front come through the past few days and it has really triggered the fish into biting. The cool air brought great weather and great fishing. From nearshore fishing catching spanish mackerel and sharks to full day offshore catching wahoo and tuna. Its all been great. Our favorite time of the year is starting to poke through- FALL. Cool weather and fish everywhere. Another thing that is coming up is our Nc flounder season. It opens September 1, so don’t miss out on that while we have the opportunity. - Capt. Austin

We had another beautiful day on the water with plenty of action. Our guys caught some real nice red snapper, and some real nice gag grouper. Unfortunately season is closed on them but still a great fight. They were able to catch some good eats for dinner as well though including amberjack, scamp grouper, vermillion snapper and triggerfish. Give us a call and lets get you out on the water.
