What a fantastic day with this great family I enjoyed their company so much from 10 year-old Penelope to sweet little Lola the puppy, the coolest dog on the coast to the grandparents and P‘s Dad - so much fun to be out today with them even caught some oversize fish and photo opportunities abound-mid bay reefs produced the most fish under popping cork with live shrimp light pressure on the fishing as far as the number of boats out this weekend, these are some of the best times of the year to be on the water. Wasn't easy but filled the morning with action using popping corks and live shrimp fishing one to three feet of water between solid rain events in POC. The guys ended up with a good take of three redfish and a black drum for the table. They released a few fish voluntarily and then a few broke off too. Great morning on the water with less angler traffic due to the storms. Get ready for a great Fall
