Lake Okeechobee is firing off with numbers and size! Customers are catching em on topwater swimjigs swimming worms hollowbody frogs rattletraps and flippin the grass. Should be some of the best fishing we’ll see in the next couple months with the warmer weather.

This past week the weather warmed up and so did the bass fishing! Customers caught fish on swimjigs swimming worms popping frogs and pitching. We are coming into some of my favorite months of the year for bass fishing as winter is ending and spring is near should be some of the best fishing we’ll see all year!

The past week we have experienced some of the coldest cold fromts on Lake Okeechobee and the coldest water temps I’ve seen in a long time. The cold water temps has slowed the bass fishing down this week but we should start to see the bite picking up after this weekend as we have some warmer weather forecasted all next week. Capt. Rich
