The weather is absolutely perfect for fishing Lake Okeechobee. No bugs to bug us and the fish are chewing on almost anything you try to feed them. Soft weedless plastics seem to be the most productive. Had a great day fishing with Chris ion the south side of the lake catching 30 plus fish.

The wind has been changing directions every day this past week. the temperatures are cold then hot . 6 guys from Miami went out dressed for a blizzard and then by the end of the day were stripped down to shorts and t-shirts. We had a fun day catching Kingfish and Bonitas. The sailfish eluded us but not before eating some of our baits.
