Water is pretty clear, but its cold 49-51 degrees. Fish seemed to be very slugish do to the cold front. Nothing was caught of any size. Some fish have moved up. We found the best luck in ditches from 4ft-8ft. With 3/8oz white terminator spinnerbait slow rolling on 12lb sufix mono, then going back through same areas with drop shot 6” berkley hit worm green pumpkin 1/0 vmc finnese neko hook 1/8oz-3/16oz cylinder weight( weight depending on wind) on 10lb sufix mono.
