Well it's officially aku or as they're known in the mainland as skipjack tuna. These are big numbers fish that fight hard and guarantees make memories.

Winter allows all kinds of opportunities. Conditions are usually nice and when fish are active you can have a trip of a lifetime. But the reality of winter is the famine side. Fish move a lot this time of year and there's no guarantees just because I caught a fish in one spot yesterday that they'll be there again the next. But you can't catch fish from the couch
