Knik River Kings

On a bright and sunny day at the Knik River, our charter group enjoyed outstanding fishing conditions. Captain Doug led a group fishing trip on Alaska’s Knik River, where the scenery was beautiful and everyone was excited. They focused on fishing for silver salmon, and with Captain Doug’s helpful tips, the group enjoyed catching these lively fish, making it a memorable day for everyone.

Both kids and adults caught plenty of lively fish, most weighing 6 to 10 pounds, especially using live bait and bright spinners just after sunrise. The river conditions were excellent—clear water, steady levels, and a light breeze—making for a perfect day.
