Not only does he have decades of fishing experience, but he also holds two degrees – one in underwater technology and the other in sport diving education from the Florida Institute of Technology. Capt. John has been a diver for years and in 1988 he founded FUNYET Charters. Ever since, he’s been taking numerous customers around the Keys helping them explore different fishing styles – from backcountry waters to reefs and wrecks offshore.
