Chef Charles and his mate Jalen are the “Reel Deal”! If you are looking for a crew that knows how to get on the fish, this is your team! When one spot wasn’t yielding results, they quickly switched it up and knew where to go. We started trolling and BOOM!!! the tuna started hitting. One fought so hard it broke a rod!! Captain Charlie is a kind, accommodating Captain who worked hard to assure we all had a chance to catch fish.  The waves were a bit intense at our first location so he moved the boat to calmer sea for us.  We had a wonderful day and the dinner he cooked for us ( including a mangrove snapper that we caught. and could keep) and brought to our place was perfect after a long day of fishing.  Thanks Captain Charles and Sam.

Booked this trip for my son and his friend during spring break. Chef Charles was great with the boys! They caught some fish and had a good time. Chef Charles and his son were knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered any questions I had promptly! The boys said his boat was great and his equipment in good working condition. We had a had a really great experience with Captain (Chef) Charles. He knows the Key Largo area and where to find fish in any condition. We were able to catch our limit of nice Mangrove Snappers. Even added some YellowTails and others. Good boat, equipment and overall experience. His boat is stable and spacious enough for families and children.
