Booked this trip for my son and his friend during spring break. Chef Charles was great with the boys! They caught some fish and had a good time. Chef Charles and his son were knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered any questions I had promptly! The boys said his boat was great and his equipment in good working condition. We had a had a really great experience with Captain (Chef) Charles. He knows the Key Largo area and where to find fish in any condition. We were able to catch our limit of nice Mangrove Snappers. Even added some YellowTails and others. Good boat, equipment and overall experience. His boat is stable and spacious enough for families and children. Capt Charles took our family on a 4 hour reef trip.  We were on the fish from the first line in the water.  Capt Charles knew where to go, what baits to use and was great with our kids!  We caught our limit before the day was over and Capt Charles offered to clean and cook our fish.  Taco bar delivered to our condo 2 hours after the trip was over!  It was a great experience, I would recommend Capt Charles to anyone but especially if you have kids and you want to catch fish to keep them occupied. ... Really enjoyed our trip! Chef Charles put us on the bite really quickly and we pulled up so many different species: triggerfish, parrotfish, mackerel, yellowtail snapper, mutton snapper, some small bluefish, and even a remora! We did have to release some of our finned friends back to the ocean though but had a good take anyhow.
